Write a nice subject line like "Webster impersonator needed" not "Need Help PLEASE!". Do NOT do it in a reply to this message. Make it a new subject with informative subject line.

If you know (or are) someone suitable for a poster's needs, you can respond to a 'wanted' posting with a "reply" to that posting that can be read by all, or a private message or private email to the poster.
