Dartmouth Lawyers Ski Aspen - Feb. 23-26, 2006

May 1, 2005 Warfare in western Sudan displaced more than 2 million Sudanese and resulted in world-wide contoversy over extensive reports of atrocities and genocide. Moncure Elected Next DLA President
September 25, 2001 Albert F. Moncure, Jr. '69 will be the next President of the DLA, elected at the Annual Meeting in Hanover this July, to assume office in October 2002. Al is Chief of the Municipal Finance Division, City of New York, providing in-house bond counsel for the City and several affiliated public agencies. Al has been active with the DLA since its inception and edits the Association's newsletter 'Hearsay.' Al will take over when Hal Rabner's term of
